App: Smart Tutor - AI Doubt Solver

We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your Smart Tutor - AI Doubt Solver account and all associated data using the methods described below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: From the App

1. Open the Smart Tutor - AI Doubt Solver app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:

Please include the email address registered with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once complete.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed — including user's profile, conversations, learning progress, app settings, and usage history.

Data Retention

After account deletion:

• Your account is deleted immediately and you will no longer be able to log in
• All associated data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
• This action cannot be undone — please make sure before confirming

Delete Chat History Without Deleting Your Account

If you only want to delete your chat history but keep your account:

1. Open the app
2. Go to any subject's chat
3. Use the Delete History option to clear conversations for that subject

This removes your conversation history without affecting your account or other data.
