SmartCherry AI LLP offers Smart Tutor as a digital subscription service. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Free Trial

All new users on the standard Smart Tutor platform are entitled to a 7-day free trial before any charges are applied. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the platform fully during this period. No payment is collected during the trial.

The free trial is available only on the standard Smart Tutor platform and does not apply to custom or client-specific engagements, including but not limited to fully branded applications, custom curriculum integrations, white-label deployments, or any other bespoke solutions developed specifically for a client.

2. No Refund Policy

Once the 7-day free trial period ends and a subscription payment is completed, all payments are strictly non-refundable. By subscribing after the free trial, you acknowledge that:

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, unused days, or change-of-mind cancellations.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by writing to us at contact@smartcherryai.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previously billed period. You will retain access to the platform until the end of your paid subscription period.

4. Exceptions — Refund Eligibility

A refund will be considered only in the following circumstances:

  1. You were charged due to a technical error or duplicate transaction on our platform
  2. You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription

In any of the above cases, please write to contact@smartcherryai.com within 7 days of the charge with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

We urge you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving legitimate disputes promptly.

6. Discretionary Decision — Final Authority

Any situation, query, or dispute not explicitly addressed in this policy will be reviewed and decided by SmartCherry AI LLP on a case-by-case basis. The decision made by SmartCherry AI LLP in all such matters shall be final and binding.
